Arendt advised Ufenau Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Switzerland, on the successful closing of its Continuation Fund 4 (“UC4”), at the hard cap of EUR 450 million. Ufenau is focused exclusively on investments in service companies in German-speaking Europe, Iberia and the Benelux region and invests in the Education & Lifestyle, Business Services, Health Care and Financial Services sectors.
Further to the fund closing, UC4 fund has acquired the portfolio companies Kanalservice, GarLa and HPS, three strongly performing investments that were held by Ufenau V and Ufenau VI. UC4 will deploy the newly raised capital to further grow the companies organically and via add-on acquisitions.
