Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP advises Unilever plc on proposed sale of businesses

The Corporate Group at Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP has advised Unilever plc on the proposed sale of its refined oils business and part of its boxed fats business to Pura (a wholly owned subsidiary of ADM International.)
