Malta has quickly become one of the best places to register an aircraft as it provides a strong legal system, effective taxation, and EU legitimacy.

In light of our earlier discussions regarding the introduction of electronic ship certificates in Malta, this article reviews the system after its full implementation across the Maltese registry.
