November 27, 2019 - Quebec has significantly increased the number of top-scoring foreign qualifications in its new Areas of Training list for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program.

2019-11-27 – Quebec has significantly increased the number of top-scoring foreign qualifications in its new Areas of Training list for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program.

The new list, effective November 1, 2019, includes 19 foreign qualifications for which Quebec immigration candidates score the maximum 12 points on the QSWP selection grid. Previously only 7 foreign qualifications were included.

PhD, master's, undergraduate, college and secondary-level vocational qualifications are all included on the new list.

Previously, only undergraduate, college and secondary-level vocational qualifications were included as eligible foreign qualifications scoring the maximum 12 points.
