Um, today my colleague Louise and I will be walking you through some of the key issues surrounding the use of surveillance at the LAT. We'll begin by discussing the disclosure obligations that apply to surveillance evidence. uh move into some of the benefits and potential pitfalls of disclosure and finish with a review of recent LAT decisions that have considered surveillance and its evidentiary weight.
