Na última terça-feira (13/07), foi publicada a Lei nº 14.182, de 12 de julho de 2021 (“Lei nº 14.182/2021”), que trata a respeito da desestatização das Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – Eletrobras. A publicação ocorreu após a sanção presidencial do Projeto de Lei de Conversão nº 7/2021, decorrente da Medida Provisória nº 1.031/2021, conhecida como a "MP da Eletrobras".
