To finish off FY21, the top 3 performing sectors by deal count were IT, consumer products and industrials. There were a total of 41 deals in the IT sector with an average deal size of $39.5m, 26% of all mid-market activity. In contrast, mid-market activity in the transportation and telecommunication industries was quiet relative to the previous quarter.
