Our environment partner Luiz Gustavo Bezerra and associate Gedham Medeiros Gomes, together with Meg Ferreira Cirilo, senior environmental lawyer at Cargill, wrote the article "More Mobility and Less Emissions: Challenges and Opportunities for the Development of the Transport Sector in a World in Transition" for the 16th edition of the Energy Law Journal, published by the Brazilian Institute of Energy Law Studies (IBDE). The authors discuss how the transport sector will adapt towards the transition to a low carbon economy, notably in light of the sector's high level of global greenhouse gas emissions and its heavy dependence on fossil fuels.
