SEC Adopts Revisions To EDGAR Filer Manual

The SEC updated the Electronic Data Gathering,
Analysis and Retrieval System ("EDGAR") Filer Manual to
incorporate changes in Volumes I and II aimed at "clarifying
and streamlining" the Filer Manual. The SEC also amended Rule 301 of Regulation S–T to reflect the
updates.
The revisions became effective on December 26, 2018.
