Initiatives and Diversity Programs 'Across the Pond': What
is that Firm Doing That We Should Be?" The panel discussed
best practices in forming and supporting women's initiatives at
their respective firms.
Rauscher was joined in the discussion by moderator Rosevelle
Marquez Morales of Sidley Austin, and panelists Nicola Dunleavy of
Matheson and Grainne Hennessy of Arthur Cox.

courtroom experience to Womble Carlyle's White Collar Criminal
Defense and Cyber & Privacy Law teams. Rauscher focuses her
