Goldman Sachs Asset Management added River Canyon Fund
Management, an affiliate of hedge fund Canyon Partners, as a
subadviser on its Goldman Sachs Multi-Manager Alternatives fund,
according to an SEC filing. The addition brings the $747.8-million
event driven and credit fund's roster of subadvisers to 15.
River Canyon specializes in structured credit transactions,
including collateralized loan obligations and mortgage-backed
securities.
