FINRA Proposes Examination Revisions

FINRA filed with the SEC proposed rule changes that would revise the Investment Banking Representative (Series 79), Research Analyst (Series 86 and 87) and Operations Professional (Series 99) examinations. The proposed revisions update the examinations to reflect changes to the relevant laws and rules and regulations. The proposed amendments to the examinations do not affect any FINRA rules or by-laws.
