The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC")
published a new
booklet of the Comptroller's Licensing Manual
titled "Articles of Association, Charter, and Bylaw
Amendments."
The booklet consolidates OCC policies and procedures with regard
to "articles of association amendments for national banks,
charter amendments for federal savings associations, and bylaw
amendments for national banks and federal savings
institutions." It also includes information about regulatory
requirements and filing procedures for the amendment process.
