The CFTC named Charles Cutshall as Chief Privacy
Officer. As Chief Privacy Officer, Mr. Cutshall is responsible for
policy and programmatic oversight of CFTC privacy compliance
activities. He will also oversee privacy risks linked to the
"collection, maintenance, and use of personally identifiable
information."
Before joining the CFTC, Mr. Cutshall worked for the Office of
Management and Budget, where he developed federal privacy
policies.
