On January 26, 2022, Momentous Capital Corp. ("Momentous Capital") completed its qualifying transaction under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") with Astra Exploration Limited.

On January 26, 2022, Momentous Capital Corp. ("Momentous
Capital") completed its qualifying transaction under the
policies of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") with Astra
Exploration Limited.
As a result, its name was changed to Astra Exploration Inc.
("Astra") and it was no longer considered a Capital Pool
Company. Astra is classified as a "Mineral Exploration"
company.
The common shares of Momentous Capital were delisted from the
TSXV and the common shares of Astra commenced trading.
Gowling WLG advised Momentous Capital in this transaction with a
team that included Peter Simeon, Jason Mullins and Ashley
Andaya.
