On January 26, 2022, Momentous Capital Corp. ("Momentous Capital") completed its qualifying transaction under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") with Astra Exploration Limited.
As a result, its name was changed to Astra Exploration Inc. ("Astra") and it was no longer considered a Capital Pool Company. Astra is classified as a "Mineral Exploration" company.
The common shares of Momentous Capital were delisted from the TSXV and the common shares of Astra commenced trading.
