WASHINGTON, DC (October 7) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Eric Kracov and Lindsay Victor will speak at the Washington Metropolitan Area Corporate Counsel Association (WMACCA) Technology and IP Forum in McLean, Virginia and on the web on October 8.
Mr. Kracov and Ms. Victor join Regina Thomas, Assistant General Counsel for AOL, on a panel titled, "Why You Should be Pinterested – Best Practices for Protecting Your Brand, Properly Crediting Partners and Profiting From Pinterest." The panel will discuss the copyright and other legal issues surrounding Pinterest, including best practices.
Mr. Kracov counsels clients on the design, implementation and operation of employee benefit and executive compensation programs. In addition, Mr. Kracov provides advice to clients on compliance with the federal and state securities law aspects of stock-based compensation programs. He also advises clients on matters relating to employment, human resources law, and the use of social media.
Ms. Victor focuses her practice on the management and protection of intellectual property assets and counsels clients on the availability of trademarks for use and registration both in the United States and internationally. She also has experience in the Internet and social media spaces, including advising clients on the upcoming delegation of the new generic top level domains.
