January 2020 – Kinstellar supported Globe Trade Center (GTC) on the negotiations of their long-term agreement with the World Bank for lease of 4,000 sq m in the Advance Business Center II office building in Sofia, Bulgaria, expected to open doors in the fourth quarter of 2020.
Kinstellar initially advised GTC on the acquisition of the land plot for the construction of the new office building and subsequently provided key support on the review of GTC's standard lease agreement from a Bulgarian law perspective.
GTC, a subsidiary of Lone Star, is a leading real estate investor and developer and one of the most active funds in Central and Eastern Europe.
