Mr. Holden is the deputy managing partner of the Los Angeles office and serves as national co-chair of both the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice and Intellectual Property Practice. A seasoned first-chair trial lawyer, Mr. Holden has successfully litigated high-stakes matters in state and federal courts nationwide. In addition to his active trial practice, he has served as lead counsel in numerous international and domestic arbitrations.
Mr. Joyce is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois and co-chair of the firm’s national Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. He is an accomplished trial attorney with over 30 years of litigation experience representing entities and individuals in high-stakes business litigation. He has represented clients in federal and state litigation across a wide range of industries throughout Florida and the United States, as well as in domestic and international arbitration.
Mr. Pileggi is the managing partner of the Wilmington office of Lewis Brisbois, co-chair of the Directors & Officers Litigation practice, and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation practice. His litigation practice focuses on representing corporations, stockholders, members of boards of directors, members and managers of LLCs, and those with managerial or ownership interests in other entities in high-stakes disputes. He has extensive experience in matters involving fiduciary duties and corporate governance, as well as summary proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
