Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Regina (“Gina”) Santoro as the firm’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Santoro joins Lewis Brisbois from Dentons, where she served as the CFO for Dentons US.
Ms. Santoro is a CPA with over three decades of experience in finance, including at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, and law firms such as Kirkland and Ellis. She earned her undergraduate degree in accounting from the prestigious Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.

Tim Armstrong, who has served as the firm’s CFO since 2024, will remain in a leadership role as Senior Advisor.
