fundamentalen Systemwechsel im Besteuerungssystem natürlicher
Personen, indem verheiratete Personen künftig separat
besteuert werden. Das Referat gibt einen Überblick über
die mit der Reform verbundenen Änderungen, neue
Planungsmöglichkeiten sowie Herausforderungen. Dabei werden
insbesondere auch die Auswirkungen auf das Familienrecht
beleuchtet. Schliesslich wird auf offene Fragen und die zeitliche
Umsetzung eingegangen.
