On 14 September 2026, Schweizerische Mobiliar Holding AG ("Mobiliar") successfully placed 7.5% of the share capital in SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG ("SMG") via an accelerated bookbuilding process ("ABB").

On 14 September 2026, Schweizerische Mobiliar Holding AG
("Mobiliar") successfully placed 7.5% of the share
capital in SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG ("SMG") via an
accelerated bookbuilding process ("ABB"). As a result,
its stake in SMG decreased from 19.3% to 11.8%. As part of the ABB,
TX Group AG placed an order to acquire approx. 3.4 million shares
in SMG, which was allocated in full, and SMG participated in the
ABB by repurchasing approx. 1 million of its shares. The remaining
shares were sold to institutional investors. Goldman Sachs, J.P.
Morgan and UBS acted as joint global coordinators and joint
bookrunners for the ABB.
Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Mobiliar in this
transaction. The team included Urs Kägi, Marie-Cristine
