relation to an INR 2,501 crore debt financing extended to
Lightstorm under a co-borrower structure.
The mandate involved structuring, drafting and negotiating the
financing and security documents, and the documentation framework
governing the funded and non-funded facilities. The financing
involved multiple facilities under a co-borrower arrangement and
required the transaction documents to address the operational and
security framework applicable across the financing.
The transaction required a bespoke security structure tailored
to the Borrowers' business model. The documentation was
accordingly structured to provide an integrated framework for the
financing and the related security arrangements, taking into
account the nature of the Borrowers' business and
operations.
