Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Palwinder practised at a national law firm, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, secured lending, and other business law matters. She has supported complex transactions from the due diligence stage through to closing, including drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements.
Known for her collaborative approach and business acumen, Palwinder has worked closely with clients and advisors on matters requiring thoughtful coordination, strategic problem-solving and attention to detail.
