The Foley Hoag team that secured a 2-1 victory in the D.C. Circuit earlier this month—affirming a preliminary injunction that halted construction of the new White House ballroom—was recognized as a Runner-Up in Litigation Daily's Litigator of the Week column.

Foley Hoag was previously recognized as Runners-Up for the earlier district court victory on behalf of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
