The webinar, “AI Protective Orders: Controlling Unauthorized Exposure of Confidential Discovery to Generative AI Platforms,” hosted by BARBRI, will examine the evolving challenges that generative artificial intelligence presents in litigation and discovery practices.

The 90-minute program will explore how courts, litigants and counsel are addressing the risk of confidential information being uploaded to generative AI platforms during the discovery process. Topics will include emerging approaches to AI-related provisions in protective orders, practical considerations for drafting and enforcing those provisions, and recent guidance from courts navigating these issues.
