Young Moore and Henderson, P.A. is pleased to announce that Dawn M. Dillon has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Greater Raleigh. Habitat’s mission is to build safe, affordable homes and communities in partnership with families, donors, and volunteers throughout Wake, Johnston, and Franklin counties. In her new role, Dawn will help advance that mission by supporting the organization’s efforts to expand access to affordable homeownership across the region.

Dawn serves as Young Moore’s Managing Partner and is the first woman to lead the firm since its founding in 1954. She also co-leads the firm’s Employment and Workers’ Compensation practice, where she advises employers on a wide range of workplace matters. Throughout her career, Dawn has been actively involved in professional and community leadership, serving in numerous nonprofit and industry leadership roles.

“Affordable housing is one of our community’s most pressing needs,” said Dillon. “I’m honored to join the Habitat for Humanity Greater Raleigh Board of Directors and help galvanize greater community commitment to expand opportunities for affordable homeownership.
