Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce that John C. Armentano has been appointed to the Long Island Board of Breakthrough T1D (formerly the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).

Founded in 1970, Breakthrough T1D is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent, and treat type 1 diabetes and its complications. The organization funds critical research, advocates for improved access to therapies, and supports individuals and families impacted by the disease.

John is a partner in the firm’s Land Use & Municipal practice group, where he advises developers and property owners on all aspects of zoning and land use, including State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) compliance and environmental regulations. As an active thought leader, John is a contributor to the New York Law Journal on land use topics, as well a longtime contributor to the firm’s Long Island Land Use and Zoning blog.
