AZB & Partners successfully represented a global lighting manufacturer in a complex commercial arbitration dispute stemming from a business agreement.

The firm represented the client throughout the arbitration as
well as on the proceedings before the High Court of Delhi, High
Court of Punjab and Haryana and the District Court at Gurugram and
secured a favorable arbitral award, marking a significant victory
in a complex, high-value commercial dispute.
