Farach is a partner in Taft’s West Palm Beach office with more than four decades of experience representing businesses, financial institutions, developers, and individuals in high-stakes litigation and complex real estate matters. His work spans trial litigation, major real estate acquisitions, development projects, leasing, and financing.
Farach is also a recognized thought leader in real estate law. Beyond authoring “Florida Real Estate Law,” he publishes a widely read case law update and contributes regularly to the Florida Bar Journal and other leading publications. As an adjunct professor at Florida State University College of Law, he teaches and mentors the next generation of real estate and business law professionals.
