We have advised the shareholders of Yordas Group, a leading international provider of scientific consulting and regulatory content services, on its sale to 3E, a US-headquartered global provider of expert-led AI compliance solutions spanning chemical and workplace safety, product stewardship, and sustainable supply chains.
Yordas supports manufacturers, importers and distributors in navigating complex chemical and product compliance requirements, with operations across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
The acquisition extends 3E’s regulatory content leadership and joins two organisations that pride themselves on building and aligning the industry’s top talent of advanced regulatory and chemical experts.
With Yordas now part of the group, 3E will be able to offer end-to-end chemical registration services, helping manufacturers and importers meet their obligations under EU REACH, UK REACH and other global compliance regimes.
The Lewis Silkin team was led by Corporate Partner Ashi Amershi with support from (Corporate/Tax Senior Associate) Emma McGrory, (Employment Senior Associate) Johanna Cunningham and (Corporate Associate) Hope Bell.
