On 19 June, Rachel Vella Baldacchino, Managing Associate, will be speaking at the webinar ‘EU Inc. (28th Regime): What Businesses Need to Know’. The webinar will focus on the proposed EU Inc. Regulation, which introduces a new optional corporate framework recognised across all EU Member States.
Designed to reduce the cost and complexity of cross-border establishment, the proposal aims to support start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs seeking to operate more efficiently across the EU. The session will explore how EU Inc. could simplify incorporation, improve legal certainty and provide a more flexible structure for companies pursuing cross-border growth.
Rachel will join a panel discussion alongside representatives from the European Commission, the Malta Business Registry, BusinessEurope and the venture capital sector. She will contribute to the discussion on the practical implications of the proposal and the key considerations for businesses looking to establish and expand across multiple EU jurisdictions.
