The conference brings together policymakers, regulators,
industry representatives and practitioners to discuss the latest
developments shaping the financial services and tax landscape.
Mark will participate in the panel ‘Update on Global and
EU Tax Policy and the Shifting Dynamics: The Malta Perspective
Thereon’, which will explore recent global tax developments,
including the G7 countries’ agreement with the US Treasury,
the OECD’s Pillar 2 ‘Side-by-Side Package’, and
upcoming European Commission initiatives relating to tax
simplification and DAC reform. The panel will also consider the
