Boult trade mark partners Emma Pitcher and Dr Catherine Wolfe have been recognised in the WTR’s Global Leaders for Private Practice UK 2026.
WTR’s Global Leaders ranking identifies the best-of-the-best for trade mark professionals in-house and across private practice internationally. The shortlist is based upon WTR’s in-depth industry research as part of its WTR 1000 and WTR 300 rankings.
Emma and Catherine are featured amongst a prestigious shortlist of 55 UK trade mark private practice professionals, acknowledging their position as leaders in the UK trade mark industry.
Emma Pitcher is a Partner and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney at Boult specialising in global trade mark strategy, brand protection and dispute resolution. She is well known in both the Asian and American markets, having developed strong professional links across India, Singapore and Malaysia. She has a particular depth of experience in the Indian market, which she understands extensively and visits frequently.
Emma is currently Vice Chair of the International Trademark Laws Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) and has previously chaired and served as vice chair of multiple leading industry committees, including for INTA. She is also a regular speaker at international conferences and professional events.
Dr Catherine Wolfe is a Partner and a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney. She takes an active role in the trade mark profession, having served as President of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) and is currently Head of the CITMA China desk and Vice-Chair of the Law & Practice Committee. She is a regular attendee for meetings of its Executive Committee and Council.
Alongside her practice, Catherine enjoys lecturing and contributing to seminars including at the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA); and at a meeting with the Association of Singapore Patent Attorneys (ASPA).
