Partner Soo-Mi Rhee was also recognized as one of the top three lawyers in the ‘Best Lawyers’ category for foreign law firms and joint venture law firms. Soo-Mi leads Arnold & Porter’s Anti-Corruption practice and advises clients on anti-corruption compliance, export controls and economic sanctions, Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) reviews, and U.S. outbound investment security regulations.
