Bass, Berry & Sims Secures Lawful Permanent Resident Status In Complex Cancellation Of Removal Case

Bass, Berry & Sims secured lawful permanent resident status for a longtime Tennessee resident following a years-long immigration matter involving an application for Cancellation of Removal, one of the most difficult forms of discretionary immigration relief to obtain. The client, who was detained during a 2018 federal workplace enforcement action in Tennessee, is the father of two U.S.-citizen children with significant special needs.
