Shareholder Kate Westfall is one of the newest members of the Marquette Law School Alumni Board.
The purpose of the Marquette Law School Alumni Board is to advocate and encourage alumni to support the school through monetary donations and volunteer commitments. Additionally, the Board supports and networks with students, alumni and prospective students, as well as encourages enrollment and employment initiatives.
Westfall is a shareholder in Reinhart's Corporate Law Practice. She represents private equity firms and strategic investors nationwide in the structuring and negotiation of mergers and acquisitions, as well as senior and mezzanine financing matters. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
