Foley Hoag is excited to announce the release of the How (in) the Health podcast, hosted by Edo Banach, partner and co-chair of the firm’s Healthcare Department, and Caroline Farrell, counsel in the Healthcare Department.
In the podcast, Banach and Farrell draw upon their personal experiences and deep understanding of healthcare law and policy to delve into the complexities of the American healthcare system and examine the real-world impact of legal and policy shifts.
“I’m excited to launch How (in) the Health with my great friend and colleague Caroline,” said Banach. “We are at a critical point for our healthcare system and I couldn’t think of a better person to discuss the challenges we are facing.”
The podcast will also feature regular guest appearances by Foley Hoag attorneys and healthcare leaders from the public and private sectors, providing listeners with a unique insight into the biggest challenges facing the country’s healthcare system.
“In many ways, the topics we’ll be discussing are topics that every family has had to face, including many that we have both had to handle first-hand,” said Farrell. “What I’m hoping to do with this podcast is to explain what’s happening and explore ways to improve how we provide healthcare.”
The first episode will be released on May 21, 2026. You can listen on our website, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts.
