conference will focus on managing termination and post-termination
in agency, distribution, and franchise agreements.
This year, the conference will focus on the management of
termination, particularly from the point of view of the
principal/supplier/franchisor, considering both the period
immediately preceding termination (e.g. the period of notice), the
period during termination and the period following termination,
with particular reference to the fairly frequent cases of
replacement of an intermediary/reseller with a new one.
