Simone Ziegler berät nationale und internationale
Unternehmen umfassend im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht
sowie im Datenschutzrecht. Ein besonderer Fokus ihrer
Tätigkeit liegt im Bereich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung.
Sie unterstützt Mandanten u. a. bei der Gestaltung und
Beendigung von Arbeits- und Dienstverträgen, bei der Planung
und Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen, bei der Gestaltung und
Änderung betrieblicher Versorgungssystem sowie in
(arbeitnehmer-) datenschutzrechtlichen Fragen. Weitere Schwerpunkte
