TAMPA, Fla. (April 30, 2026) – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Chair and CEO Bob Grammig was inducted to the Florida Council on Economic Education's (FCEE) Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame Class of 2026. For more than three decades, the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame has recognized distinguished leaders whose vision, integrity and commitment to community have shaped Tampa Bay and inspired future generations.
The event took place on April 23 and raised more than $380,000 in support of FCEE's mission to provide free, high-quality economic and financial education to K-12 teachers and students across Florida. In addition to Mr. Grammig, Hugh Campbell of AC4S Technologies, Todd Jones of Publix and Sidd Pagidipati of Better Health Group were inducted into the Hall of Fame.

It is an investment in the future," said Suzanne Costanza, executive director of the Florida Council on Economic Education. "Because of the generosity of our sponsors and supporters, we are able to equip thousands of students with the financial knowledge and skills they need to succeed."
Mr. Grammig oversees the strategic growth and direction of the Firm as well as management of all aspects of the Firm's operations. He previously led Holland & Knight's Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group and served on the Firm's Directors Committee. He is consistently recognized as a top lawyer and leader in the legal industry by the prestigious Chambers USA guide, The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, Tampa Bay Business Journal's Power 100 and Florida Trend's Florida 500.
Mr. Grammig practiced for more than 40 years in the areas of public company mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate governance, general corporate law and international business transactions. His career as a corporate lawyer is marked by his significant and long-term relationships with well-known clients in the Tampa Bay area and beyond.
With Mr. Grammig at the helm, Holland & Knight recently doubled down on its commitment to the Tampa Bay area by investing in a new, larger Operations Center to house the Firm's administrative personnel. The three-story, 100,000-square-foot building, which opened in November 2025, provides a state-of-the art workplace for the Firm's growing ranks of business professionals. This strategic investment ensures that Holland & Knight will continue to benefit from the talent and expertise that the Tampa Bay region is known for, while also yielding positive employment results for the surrounding community.
Mr. Grammig has additonally devoted significant time and resources to the Florida Chamber of Commerce as a longtime leader and advisor. During his term as chair (2017-2019), the chamber helped to persuade the legislature to take actions to improve Florida's education system, infrastructure and employment opportunities for the state's workforce.
Mr. Grammig earned a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School and B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of Melbourne Central Catholic School in Melbourne, Florida.
Since 1988, the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame has recognized exceptional individuals who have distinguished themselves through their contributions to the Tampa Bay community. The honor is reserved for leaders who have made significant impacts through their business and civic achievements and by serving as lifelong examples of integrity and high ideals. Past members of Holland & Knight inducted include Peter O. Knight (1991), former Gov. Bob Martinez (2000), Bill McBride (2000), James Shimberg (2005) and Roy Harrell Jr. (2008).
