PHILADELPHIA (April 27, 2026) – Holland & Knight served as legal advisor to Cencora Inc. in connection with the sale of its U.S.-based Hub consulting services operations, previously conducted under the Lash Group brand and including TheraCom free goods pharmacy, to CareMetx LLC, a leading technology-enabled patient services provider headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. The deal was announced on April 27.
The transaction encompasses Cencora's full-service Hub operations, patient access staffing infrastructure and free goods pharmacy fulfillment capabilities. The acquisition significantly expands CareMetx's end-to-end platform and strengthens its position as one of the most comprehensive patient access solutions providers in the specialty therapy market.
Headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, Cencora is a global pharmaceutical company centered on improving the lives of people and animals around the world. Following the transaction, Cencora will continue to rely on CareMetx as a preferred partner for patient services in the United States.
