Salfiti, Jones, And Longerbeam Win On Motion For Terminating Sanctions For Major Transportation Client

San Francisco partners Juliana Salfiti and Nicole Jones, and Kelsie Longerbeam (Associate-San Francisco) prevailed on a motion for terminating sanctions in the Superior Court of Sacramento, California, on behalf of a major Wilson Elser transportation client, resulting in dismissal of the plaintiff's personal injury action. Throughout the litigation, the plaintiff repeatedly failed to respond to discovery, including requests for admission. To address these deficiencies, Juliana and Kelsie filed three motions to compel discovery and a motion to deem facts admitted, all of which the court granted.
