Foley Hoag is pleased to announce that Partner Peter Rosenblum has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, Inc. (MTLC).
MTLC is one of New England’s leading technology associations serving as the primary destination for technology and AI‑driven companies. It focuses on advancing innovation, supporting the growth of the Massachusetts technology sector and connecting leaders across the state’s tech ecosystem. As the region’s largest technology association, MTLC convenes executives, entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers to address global challenges, strengthen the local innovation economy and cultivate the next generation of technology professionals. The Board of Trustees provides strategic oversight and guidance as the organization develops programs, initiatives and policy priorities for its statewide membership.
Rosenblum, the firm’s former managing partner who co‑chairs the firm’s Private Equity Transactions Practice, is actively involved in Foley Hoag’s corporate and corporate finance practices, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, fund formation, and public and private securities offerings. His broad transactional experience and longstanding work with technology companies and investors will inform his contributions to the MTLC Board, particularly on issues shaping the region’s innovation and technology business landscape.
