As a registered trademark agent and IP litigator, Denise advises clients on securing, protecting, and enforcing trademarks, patents, copyrights, and on issues in digital media, entertainment, data security, and privacy law across a range of industries. She has particular strength in mixed litigation matters that sit at the intersection of corporate risk and IP law.
Denise regularly appears before arbitration tribunals and the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and has appeared before the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Canada.
