of an investment in ERP and HR software specialist Softfolio.
As part of the transaction, Bauknecht Softfolio.pps GmbH and
Bauknecht Softfolio.sys GmbH, two independently managed companies
with a shared history, will be merged again.
Softfolio is a leading German specialist in enterprise resource
planning (ERP) and HR software for small and medium-sized
enterprises in a wide range of industries.
IBEX is an owner-managed investment company based in Munich,
Germany, that focuses on succession situations in medium-sized
companies, in particular management buy-ins and CEO successions.
IBEX invests exclusively the capital of its founding shareholders,
supplemented by co-investors from a network of family businesses,
entrepreneurs, and family offices.
