This transaction, to establish the Aura–Qoria group as a global leader in digital safety products and solutions, brings together Aura's rapidly growing, AI-powered suite of online safety and wellbeing features and Qoria's complementary global footprint, connected schools ecosystem and deep expertise in student safety and digital wellbeing.
HSF Kramer is also advising Aura on the Australian aspects of its parallel U.S.$75 million capital raise and listing on the ASX.
