Dalene Visser joins the Partnership as a key member of our Business Law team, where she advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. Dalene's practice includes structuring and negotiating complex transactions, corporate governance, and strategic business planning. She is known for her ability to deliver practical, solutions-oriented advice that helps clients achieve their objectives efficiently and effectively. Dalene's experience spans industries and includes work on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, cross-border transactions, and real estate matters, including commercial property transactions and development projects.

Shashika Stanislaus has been an integral part of Watson Goepel's Family Law team, recognized for his exceptional advocacy and client-focused approach. He has successfully represented clients in some of the most complex family law matters, including high-net-worth property division, parenting disputes, and support claims. His courtroom experience spans all levels of court in British Columbia. Shashika's recent highlights include securing a significant retroactive child support award with pre- and post-judgment interest, leading a 29-day trial to obtain guardianship and increased parenting time, and successfully defending against allegations of child abuse while also excluding several multi-million-dollar assets from division.". Beyond litigation, Shashika promotes collaborative solutions through mediation and arbitration and contributes thought leadership through seminars and publications.
