Mosher will join a panel to present on current trends in wage and hour practices at the upcoming Employment Litigation Conference, presented by Perrin Conferences at the Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel on January 22 at 11:15 a.m. PT.

In this 60-minute informative session, Mr. Mosher will be joined by Avi M. Attal (CDF Labor Law LLP), Katrice A. Miller (Starbucks Corporation), and Brian A. Selvan (Walraven & Westerfeld LLP) to discuss current issues and emerging trends in wage and hour practices. The panel will explore recent developments in the field, including PAGA updates and reform, notable NLRA decisions, evolving policy shifts, and other key topics impacting employers.

Mr. Mosher is chair of the Wage & Hour Class Actions Group. With significant experience defending employers in administrative and civil actions of all kinds, he focuses his practice on class action, FLSA, and PAGA litigation in state and federal forums.
