Nick previously served as a vice chair of the Appellate practice and has focused on appellate work, motions, and trials. He has briefed and argued over 130 appeals with a strong track record of success. Nick manages a team of appellate attorneys in the New York office and regularly provides full appellate support to our trial attorneys.

We look forward to the continued success of the Appellate Practiceunder Nick and Tracy's leadership, and we once again thank our beloved colleague and friend Jeff Miller for creating and leading this outstanding group for almost three decades. He will be greatly missed.
