London – Mayer Brown has advised Sienna Private Equity (“SPE”) on the strategic partnership with Independent Talent Group Limited ("ITG"), a go-to agency for top-tier talent, representing A-list names as well as emerging talents across film, television, theatre, literacy, and digital media.
SPE's investment will support ITG’s growth strategy, both organically and through targeted acquisitions, while broadening the services available to its clients.
